EUROLINIA Industrial heaters are heating solutions designed for various production processes and maintaining the optimal air temperature at large warehouses, workshops, and industrial facilities.
Unlike conductive or convection heaters heating the entire volume of a processing chamber, infrared industrial heater directly heats objects in focused areas.
There are numerous advantages of Infrared heaters for industrial use:
Industrial electric heaters deliver enough heating power to quickly achieve results and minimize installation time. Infrared heating is economical, safe for humans, and often can be found in hospitals and educational institutions. Environmentally friendly and safe, they are compliant with safety requirements in most operating conditions.
Modular construction allows customizing the industrial electric radiant heaters to suit the specific requirements of the application. When combined in industrial heating units or panels, the infrared heating elements can become a part of more complex industrial infrared heating systems such as:
Another advantage of industrial process heaters over conductive or convection ones is that they are easy to separate into sections. Having separate heating zones makes it possible to profile the necessary levels of temperature for the process and reduce energy consumption.
Сonnected with the heating control unit, сontactless infrared temperature sensors (pyrometers) constantly measure the temperature of the product at the heating chamber exit and compare it to the preset temperature. When necessary they automatically adjust the heating power of the central or edge heating panel sections. This allows maintaining minimal deviations from the set target temperature.
Infrared heating is preferred in the production processes where a faster response time is needed, and the heat needs to be distributed very evenly and without physical contact.
EUROLINIA Infrared heating panels feature special heat-blocking curtains (see the picture below), which are a part of the inertia-free START/STOP system of infrared heating (IFSS). This system allows you to prepare the products for the heat treatment process, or to immediately START/STOP the production line with minimal production losses. It also eliminates the need to subsequently cool down and warm up the system every time you need to get access to the conveyor, thus saving time and reducing energy consumption.

Manufactured by EUROLINIA infrared heating equipment has various applications for industrial production processes such as:
It is very important to consider the material properties of the heated object.
All materials have different heat absorption, reflection, transmission characteristics, and given the large variety of colors, coatings, and finishes (glossy, satin, matte), we recommend testing your product to make sure the heater produces the best results.
Make sure the manufacturer understands your specific requirements and the heater exactly fits your application.

InfraLine series infrared heaters for industrial use feature outstanding performance, easy installation, and maintenance. You can install them almost on any surface and precisely direct them to the desired heating area.
Infrared heaters for production processes need to focus their energy on a heated spot instead of walls. InfraLine heaters are equipped with polished stainless steel reflector that reduces sideways heat dispersion making an even conical spread of heat at approximately 90°.
Depending on the production heating power requirements, heaters may consist of up to 3 ceramic infrared heating elements ranging from 250 to 1,000 Watts installed inside a metal housing.
To build the required heating system configuration, heaters can be grouped in modules or even standalone heating systems such as heating tunnels, conveyors, and drying chambers (See the above picture).

Infrared heaters are used in a variety of manufacturing industries for industrial applications where intermittent or prolonged localized heating is required.
EUROLINIA has developed a special Force EIP PRO series of infrared heating panels for this purpose. We offer 3 standard heating panels of different dimensions and power capacities, but we can recreate any specific configuration for the client's application.
Force IP PRO panels feature slightly parabolic arrangement of emitter rows allowing them to create a 55-95° volumetric energy distribution angle. This method effectively minimizes energy loss caused by heat dissipation outside the directional infrared rays emission area.
Force IP PRO series infrared heating systems were specifically developed for industrial heating applications including drying or heating materials in continuous (conveyor) and periodic (static) modes.
