Mica flat electric heaters are designed and used for heating flat surfaces in a wide range of equipment, materials, and products – extruders, glue machines, molds, and many more.
Our flat mica heaters are durable, reliable, and direct heat to flat surfaces in many industrial applications.
Precise placement of Kanthal resistance wire provides very uniform heat across the whole surface of the heated area. Insulation is made from a layer of mica - a heat-resistant inorganic material located inside the stainless steel housing.
More than 20 years of experience and high quality of the materials used to manufacture our flat mica heaters ensure trouble-free and long-lasting service life.

According to the customer's request, it is possible to manufacture flat mica heaters of complex shapes: u-shaped, L-shaped, etc., with different cutouts and holes. It is strictly forbidden to make holes in the finished heater.
When installing heaters of this type, it is necessary to consider the need to ensure tight contact between the heater and heated surface to achieve sufficient thermal transfer. If it is insufficient or uneven, the heating efficiency decreases, and the heater may fail due to overheating.
