EUROLINIA infrared heating elements comply with the international safety standards and are interchangeable with all known brands. Our high-quality ceramic and quartz IR heating elements come with a standard 1-year warranty and are always in stock for an instant order or replacement.

EUROLINIA manufactures two types of IR heating elements

1. Long-wave 3-10 µm Ceramic heating elements (ICH-100/200 series)
2. Medium-wave 1.4-3 µm Quartz heating elements (ICH-400 series)

What type of heating emitter do you need?

It depends on many factors, but it is recommended that the heater element wavelength and the absorption spectrum of the heated material intersect with each other for most applications. That allows high-efficiency energy radiation conversion in the heated material and therefore delivers faster heating.

Thermal response time is another critical factor, considering that it takes around 10 minutes for ceramic emitters to reach steady-state temperature, while quartz emitters require near 5 minutes.
