ICH-102 Ceramic Half Trough Infrared Heating Elements (HTE) have a slightly curved shape. That's why they are used in IR heating systems with distributed heat radiation sources. The emitter has a concaved heating surface, allowing the emitter to scatter infrared waves at an angle of 75 °, significantly increasing the heating area.
ICH-102 Infrared ceramic trough heaters (125 - 500w) are manufactured using refractory materials resistant to aggressive chemicals and high-temperature changes. Protective ceramic glaze coating protects the emitter surface from harmful vapors and moisture.
The ceramic infrared emitter should be installed together with a reflector at some distance from each other.
It is recommended to keep 200 mm (8 inches) to the material being heated.
Supplied with standard 100 mm (4 inches) ceramic beaded power leads.
Trough IR ceramic emitters are often used in ECL infrared heaters and are widely used in thermoforming equipment, infrared dryers, infrared saunas, and other heating equipment.
