Quarter Quartz Infrared Heating Element ICH-403

ICH-403 Quarter Quartz Infrared Heating Element (QQE) is a cassette-style block of 7 quarter length (42mm/~1.65inch) energy-efficient IR quartz emitters secured in a heat resistant stainless steel housing.

It is an instantly responding and a very efficient source of radiant heat. It is able to heat up in just 1-3 minutes and cool off in about 20 seconds. These types of emitters are essential tools for the processes that need an immediate heat-up and cool down, where the product could be damaged because of a heater still remaining too hot after the power is cut off.

  • Quartz lamp tube has a Fe-Cr-Al alloy resistance coil wire inside, and an optional thermocouple TXA (Chromel-Alumel) with type "K" power leads.
  • ICH-403 quartz emitters (60 - 250w) produce infrared heating at the maximum allowed lamps temperature up to 780 °С, and surface radiation energy up to 6.0 W/cm.
  • The average operating lifespan is above 7,000 hours.
  • Supplied with standard 100 mm (4 inches) ceramic beaded power leads.

  • Longer power leads.
  • Custom voltage supply: 110 - 380V.
  • Built-in (Type K Chromel-alumel) temperature control sensor: type TXA (K) thermocouple can be built into the emitter body to control the emitting surface temperature during heating.

  • Guaranteed service life expectancy: at least five years.
  • Estimated life span at least 5,000 - 7,000 hours of non-stop operation.
  • The manufacturer guarantees the product's compliance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation, subject to the conditions of transportation, storage, installation, and operation.
  • Warranty period: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • During the warranty period, the consumer can have the faulty emitter replaced at the place of the purchase.
  • The warranty does not apply to the emitters having mechanical damage due to other signs of violation of transportation, storage, and operation rules.
