ICH-201 Ceramic Full Flat Infrared Heating Element (FFE) features a flat surface that allows a high heating rate and uniform heating distribution and intensity across the emitter surface.
ICH-201 IR ceramic elements (250 - 1,000w) are primarily used in infrared heating systems where the emitters are positioned close to each other, forming a continuous heating surface. It is recommended to keep at least a 5 mm gap between the elements.
Recommended radiation distance from the heater to the heated object is 100 - 200 mm (4 - 8 inches).
Supplied with standard 100 mm (4 inches) ceramic beaded power leads.
