Ceramic Full Trough Infrared Heating Element ICH-101

Product Description

ICH-101 Ceramic Full Trough Infrared Heating Elements (FTE) feature concaved shape, which is often used in accordingly shaped heating systems with distributed heat radiation sources. Such a curved shape also allows the emitter to increase the effective heating area.

ICH-101 Infrared ceramic trough heaters (250 - 1,000w) are manufactured using refractory materials resistant to aggressive chemicals and extreme temperature changes. Ceramic glaze (zirconium oxide) coating protects the emitter surface from moisture and harmful vapors.

These ceramic heat emitters are made of high-alumina chamotte containing 65 to 72% Aluminum oxide. Sintered high-alumina ceramics' high thermal conductivity allows obtaining the most uniform temperature across the radiation surface, providing uniform and high-quality radiant heating.

The ceramic infrared emitter should be installed together with a reflector at some distance from each other.

It is recommended to keep 200 mm (8 inches) to the material being heated.

Supplied with standard 100 mm (4 inches) ceramic beaded power leads.

ICH-100 series infrared ceramic heaters are used in the production heating equipment: thermoforming, drying chambers, infrared tunnels and panels, heating and drying conveyors, and various commercial heaters.

Upon customer's request, EUROLINIA can produce custom Ceramic Trough Infrared Heating Elements with the following options:

  • Longer power leads.
  • Custom voltage supply: 110 - 380V.
  • Ceramic emitters of various colors: gray, black, pink, beige, yellow, etc., as agreed with the customer.
  • Built-in (Type K Chromel-alumel) temperature control sensor: type TXA (K) thermocouple can be built into the emitter body to control the emitting surface temperature during the heating process.

  • Guaranteed service life expectancy: at least five years.
  • Estimated life at least 5,000 - 10,000 hours of non-stop operation.
  • The manufacturer guarantees the product's compliance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation, subject to the conditions of transportation, storage, installation, and operation.
  • Warranty: 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • During the warranty period, the consumer can have the faulty emitter replaced at the place of the purchase.
  • The warranty does not apply to the emitters having mechanical damage due to other signs of violation of transportation, storage, and operation rules.
