Energy-saving Thermal Insulation Case

This energy-saving and the heat-insulating thermal case is designed to save electricity by reducing heat losses.

Lowering the temperature and infrared radiation on the surface of the heater will improve safety and reduce electricity consumption by up to 25%.

Typical energy savings % in industrial heating processes
Type of operation  Product  Average energy savings
Injection Molding Plastic products 22.0 %
Extrusion Polyethylene films, profiles, pipes 19.0 %
Blow molding Stretch films, multilayer films 17.0 %

E-glass materials are used for the production of our thermal cases. Thermal insulation is sewn into a solid but elastic fiberglass fabric. The outer surface of the shell has a double-sided silicone coating. The inner side has a double-sided aluminum coating.

A dense outer layer prevents the penetration of pollutants, dust, and moisture on the thermal insulation material. The presence of quick-release clamps allows you to carry out maintenance of equipment quickly.

Upon customer's request, we manufacture thermal cases with any technological holes (power supply to heaters, installing thermal sensors, etc.)

Main advantages:

  • Reduced energy consumption by 20-25%
  • The increased service life of heaters due to smaller on-off cycles
  • Not combustible
  • Quick replacement, assembly, and disassembly
  • The reduced temperature on the surface of the heater by 60-70%
  • Improves skin health and safety at workplaces
  • Improves temperature stabilization in the cylinder of the injection molding machine
