Infrared shock tunnel ovens

EUROLINIA pre-vulcanization shock tunnels are designed for direct, high temperature shock treatment of the top layer of the material (pipe, cable and etc.). This is necessary when you don’t want to heat all layers of the product, which can cause sagging or deformation. Shock IR tunnels can be used as a stand-alone system, but in most cases, they are combined with stabilization IR tunnels or extrusion lines for further production procedures.
